Go Rules

  • Items not on hand go through our korean address, so TIME is needed before items reach us.

  • Please claim only if you can wait.

  • Three payments: items, ems (korea-italy), domestic (shipping from me to you).

  • We ONLY accept paypal F&F payments.

  • We always do sorting for our orders. If there's the possibility for a sealed order we'll always state that in our posts.

  • SORTING we will do this via form, we'll send the link in GOs group chats when it will be ready. Our sorting isn't done by payments or claims, we want to give everyone the chance to get what they want.

  • We can't calculate ems because they change based on joiners and the packages' weight. We will know the shipping fees only after they will let us know.

  • We don't accept rude and impatient people. Kindness and respect for goms (and joiners) come first. In that case you will be removed from the on going go without possibility of re-entering. Also you'll be blacklisted.

  • Payments will be needed no later than 48H/72H to guarantee the items (this also applies on preorder benefits), or within a deadline. If the payment is too late we will give your spot to another person or, in the most cases, we will remove you from the go without notice.

  • If you want to back out, it will ONLY be possible if you find someone else who can claim your spot.

  • REFUND: they won't be made. They will be made only if the order will be sold out or/and we won't be able to buy it.

  • For the INTEREST CHECK, you have until info day, when the info comes out and maximum the day after for BACKOUT.

  • If you change your USERNAME, notify us or the items will be considered as abandoned.

  • If you don't meet the ems payments' deadline (shipping fees kor-ita) there will be an increase in your shipping fee because our warehouse has a time-limit for storing parcels. This applies only to does who don't meet the deadline.

  • In case we don't get an answer after the domestic shipping deadline we will consider the item abandoned or forgotten and it will be sold with no notice or refund.

  • If we receive a late reply after the domestic deadline there will be a deposite fee added.
